Progress is being made on the first of three photobioreactors being built for the ALG-AD project.
Engineers at Swansea University have spent the summer sourcing and ordering parts to create the unique installation, which will be fully constructed at one of the project's three investment sites.
Difficulties in obtaining all the components has led to some delays, but the team is confident the first PBR should be in place and operational within the next two months.
