Bio-based plastics are products which are partially or completely made of renewable raw materials.
Because of growing pressure for the use of more natural or bio-based raw materials and thanks to a rising awareness amongst customers today, these new bio-based plastics have now the capacity to compete with so-called conventional plastics.
But what about this new sector? Is it capable of fulfilling the future needs of the industry?
This workshop will be an opportunity to learn about the latest news and innovations in terms of bio-based plastics. We will present an entire sector starting in the laboratory and ending with the final user.
