You are warmly invited to the start conference of our Interreg project Care-Peat on Wednesday June 12th 2019 in Manchester. Within Care-Peat 5 knowledge institutes and 4 nature organisations from 5 different countries will work together to reduce carbon emissions and restore carbon storage capacity of different types of peatlands.
At the conference you will hear more about the project and from other European peatland projects. Also, you can participate in several workshops about techniques, modelling and good practices relevant for peatland restoration.
