A one-day event bringing together experts from industry, public services and academia to assess the role of critical metals in digitalisation and energy transition. CEDaCI project partners will organise a workshop within the event to present their objectives and to extend the CEDaCI Network.
CEDaCI builds a Circular Economy for the Data Centre Industry to increase reclamation and reuse of Critical Raw Materials in the sector. Its aim is to extend product life through equipment reuse and re-manufacture, reduce use of virgin materials, waste and environmental impact.

Taking the EU's Data Centre economy full circle
Having received funding from Interreg NWE, an instrument of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), CEDaCI Team is currently working on a comprehensive situational analysis of the sector in North West Europe. The project consortium will then facilitate workshops and three pilots to develop and improve the design of circular economy-ready equipment, as well as recycling processes and strategies.
