CEDaCI Project Partners had a three -day partnership meeting on October 16&17 and 18, 2019 in the Netherlands. The meetings started with a pilots preparation session hosted by SURFSara on October 16, 2019. During this meeting, the partners responsible for Pilot A, B and C presented the progress so far and their detailed pilot calendars. Besides, partners discuss the approach to be adopted during the design and the development of the Decision- Making Tool.
The meeting on October 17, 2019, started with the site visit to Aliter Network Premises in Almere and continued with the updates on each work package and the future actions to be taken by each partner. LSBU, the lead partner presented the Project Progress Report 2.1 and the partners assessed the overall progress and the financial expenditures submitted to the Joint Secretariat. The key development of autumn 2019 was the launch of Co-Creation Activities leading to the design and development of the Decision-Making Tool.
Partners had a site visit to SIMS Recycling Solutions on October 18, 2019, to have a better understanding of the activities which will be carried out by SIMS within Pilot B. Following the visit, partners determined the dates of future CEDaCI Virtual and Physical Partnership Meetings.
