1.What is the highlight of your product? It is a simple, quick and safe solution for people with wandering behavior and their environment. There are no changes needed to the infrastructure and doorhandle fits all doors. It has an attractive, universal design and does not stand out among other door handles. This innovative solution is very easy to install.
2.Why did you participate in the voucher call? We attach great importance to the user's experience as well as that of his surroundings during development of all Pendulum products. Having the chance in this ‘program‘ to enlarge the user panel was very valuable. Feedback from foreign countries and other settings are very interesting to us. It pushes us to keep innovating and thinking about new possibilities.
3.What is your most important lesson learnt? The more feedback you can gather from your target audience, the better. It is very importan tnot only to listen to your target group but also to try to empathize with their situation. It was a fascinating journey with relevant output that we will certainly take into further developments.
