Tuesday 23 February 14.00 – 15.00: Research into circular design and management of social rented dwellings.
PhD researchers Bas Jansen, Anne van Stijn en Sultan Çetin of the TU Delft Management in the Built Environment Department will present their research into design and asset management solutions for a circular social-rented housing stock.
Wednesday 24 February 13.00 -13.40: Charming Talks #4
Maarten Hommelberg of Flitshome will tell about Energy & Circularity in housing renovation. Flitshome offers housing associations sustainable renovations for the envelope of single-family dwellings.
Wednesday 24 February 14.00 -15.00: Webinar Buyer Groups for Circular Housing
Marcella van Room and Gertjan de Werk of PIANOo will introduce Buyer Groups and will especially address the aims of the buyer group circular renovation of housing. Buyer groups are aimed to tackle the existing problems of sustainable procurement of public and private clients by harmonising their market demand and by formulating a market strategy.
