Draft Tutorial Presented at EFL Topic Group Meeting in Germany

During the EFL Topic Group meeting in Munich and Bad Aibling (Germany), associate professor dr. ir. Ad Straub (Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, TU Delft) presented the draft CHARM tutorial. Thanks to all participants of the Topic Group meeting for their comments and ideas on this draft.

The tutorial consists of three parts and provides information and a pathway for (social housing) organisations towards a more circular and sustainable organisation. The data and results of the demonstration exemplars of Paris Habitat, Woonbedrijf, GreenSquareAccord and Zonnige Kempen have been used to develop these tutorials.

The main project objective of Interreg North West Europe funded project CHARM is to optimise (re)use of material and natural resources. Other objective is to demonstrate innovative approaches for housing renovation and asset management that prevent downcycling. The project also wants to secure adoption of these approaches within the housing organisation partners, as well as to accelerate the adoption of such approaches throughout the social housing industry.
