Circular Textile Days 2023: register now
The relevance of Circular Textile Days is high. The report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), published in 2021, makes clear that we need to take action urgently. It appeared that about 20% of the global clean water pollution is caused by dyeing and finishing of textiles. Besides, despite all positive initiatives less than 0.5% of our clothes is made of recycled textile. We are bound to run out of natural resources and the enormous clothing-waste pile is polluting our earth. We can, and must, do better!
