The COBRACOMP project consortium invites you to participate to a workshop dedicated to innovative braiding processes and braided reinforcements for composite materials
This is an opportunity for you to discover the benefits of braiding for composite materials and get hands on experience with braiding process and braided reinforcements for composite materials during a short training course teached by experts of the domain.
PROGRAMME
During the workshop, a small group training course will allow you to study and see:
► The different braided reinforcements and some applications for composites materials
► A demonstration of a multilayer interlock triaxial overbraiding machine in the Centexbel lab
► Prototypes of the new innovative COBRACOMP braided architecture
► The new innovative braiding machine principle with 3D printed prototypes demonstration
► A demonstration of RTM light machine – Cyject2 machine in Centexbel lab
After the workshop, a visit of Centexbel laboratory is scheduled: Composite lab,Textile lab,Metrology lab
