The reuse and recycling of building materials is still in its infancy in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg and northern France. There is still not enough being done with construction materials from buildings that have reached the end of their life cycle. The Interreg Northwest Europe research project Digital Deconstruction (DDC) studies how smart services can make circular construction possible.
