Low carbon label open to building sector

The low-carbon label finally opened to the building sector. Introduced in November 2018 in France by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, initially for agriculture and forestry, “this label certifies and promotes local projects that work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions”. The main objective of including the building sector in this label is to "promote the use of reused, low-carbon or bio-sourced materials in energy renovation projects".

The French government is now looking for actors to mobilize 30 million euros.
