On February 15th 2017, the second international meeting gathered all the E=0 partners from France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK. The meeting was an opportunity for every partner to be updated on national projects, share on their challenges and find concrete solutions.
The day started with an update on each of the five E=0 demonstrators from ICF (FR), Clarion (UK), Fonds duLogement (LUX), Vilogia (FR) and Moat (UK). Then, a workshop session was organised to help housing associations and project partners identify their key challenges for the refurbishment projects and the ways to overcome them. The exchange focused on 3 main subjects: how to engage everybody around the project inside housing associations, how to facilitate collaboration between housing associations and suppliers, and, last but not least, how to successfully engage and satisfy tenants. At the end of the day, each of the national teams worked out their national action plan fort the next three months. Attendees left inspired and filled with concrete solutions for the next steps of their projects.
