The current period of pandemic and confinement can lead to anxiety and lack of wellbeing. To help the general population cope, a Covid-19 extension of the StopBlues device has just been launched online.
The StopBlues device (free application and website) was developed in 2018 by the research team ECEVE (Inserm/University of Paris), led by professor Karine Chevreul. For the general population, its aim is to prevent psychological suffering and its consequences. Application and website help people identify signs of their ill-being, look for possible causes and find concrete solutions to deal with them and get better.
StopBlues' Covid-19 extension helps people take care of their mental health during the pandemic and confinement. Short video clips describe the emotions one can feel facing the fear of disease, the difficulties of confinement, social isolation or family conflicts. In order to protect ourselves from the consequences of this exceptional situation on our mental health, StopBlues' Covid-19 expansion offers concrete solutions that are accessible to all: websites, applications, guides, listening lines, to organize your daily life, deal with anxiety and boredom, identify reliable sources of information, find help and support.
