The FCRBE partnership is pleased to announce the extension of the FCRBE project thanks to an Interreg NWE Call for Capitalisation. The FCRBE project will therefore run for two more years, until end of 2023 and will include two new countries : Luxembourg and the Netherlands !
We will capitalise on everything learned and developed until now, and speed up the process in order to foster the roll-out of reuse practices by the construction industry in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. For this, during this second phase of the project, we will work on:
- Engaging specific construction trades in implementing reuse practices in their professional activities. We will specifically aim at general contractors, roofers, carpenters, demolishers, finishing and infrastructure works contractors.
- Engaging insurance companies and related organisations to set a framework for insuring reused materials.
- Developing a harmonised method to help project managers and policy makers to set and measure reuse objectives.
