The first GreenWIN Communication Sub Group Skype Meeting took place on the 3rd December 2018. The focus of this meeting was to finalise the draft posters, plaque, roll-out banner and first flyer. Site specific images were selected to represent every partner and the text was finalised for each document. Below is the poster now displayed in all the partners offices. The final documents are now available to download from the website by simply going to ‘Publications’.
Also during this meeting the Communication Plan for the project was discussed and it was decided to complete a communication strategy with a schedule clearly showing the timeline for all communication activities for the project. Finally the webpage and the social media aspect of the project were discussed.
