The second report we feature is our Emerging Solutions Report which sets out several ‘emerging’ solutions we identified in Green WIN that can help us achieve greater efficiencies and reduced emissions through our pumping activities. These include; Smart Controllers, Smart Pumps and web based ‘subscription services’. These are currently being developed by industry, can be used on smaller inland waterways, and we believe organisations can achieve impressive holistic improvements from implementing such services.
