Housing 4.0 Energy will be present at the Woonforum, the biennial study day for everyone who is professionally involved in social living in Flanders. Participants can choose from 13 sessions. The event is organised by the Flemish Agency for Social Living (Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Sociaal Wonen), the government agency responsible for social housing in Flanders.
Within the scope of the Housing 4.0 Energy project, the head of the housing department, Tom Raes, will lead a seminar on small-scale housing on March 20th at the Woonforum. This is a biannual convention for social housing actors in Flanders.
Participants have the choice between four seminars of an hour and half. The session is intended for managers and employees of social housing companies.
The seminar focuses on small-scale housing in social housing. As head of the housing department, Tom Raes will present the small-scale housing policy of the province of Flemish Brabant. For this the Province works together with social housing companies in various municipalities. Raes will also draw attention to the H4.0E pilot project in Huldenberg in his presentation and spread the H4.0E brochure.
During this session the participants will learn how the province of Flemish Brabant works around small-scale living and what the role of social housing companies can be in this.
The SWaL social housing company is one of the active partners. They will present some of their small-scale social rental projects.
