Theme: Developing District Heating Systems: a New Approach; Experiences and Lessons Learned. This webinar will explain how Mijnwater B.V. Heerlen and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences come up with a new approach of developing district heating systems and which experiences and lessons they learned.
Herman Eijdems, Innovation Manager at Mijnwater B.V., and Egbert-Jan van Dijck, Lecturer Innovation Management – researcher Urban Technology at Amsterdam University of applied sciences, will discuss the main outputs of the project HeatNet NWE: reducing CO2 emissions in North West Europe by introducing and demonstrating 4th generation District Heating and Cooling (4DHC).
