In 2019 Fengtechs new generation Solar Thermal System was installed on a calf breeding farm in La Haie, Brittany. The farm has 2 modern buildings housing about 800 calves. There was a requirement for 4000 litres of water at 80°C twice a day (8000L per day). By installing the equipment it was hoped to reduce gas consumption by 60%.
Metrology and data collection are carried out by the University of South Brittany. The plant was installed by CES.
