On 14th December 2022, the IT4Anxiety project team at the Ev. Klinikum Bethel, Bielefeld (Germany), invited mental health professionals of all disciplines to a national seminar. At this occasion, the project was represented by Carolin Steuwe and Sören Brähmer, who gave a presentation on the idea and the purpose of IT4Anxiety, as well as the previous project achievements. The audience learned about the scientific testing of different Blended Care software tools within the clinic, i.e., innovative software that is used in conjunction with face-to-face psychotherapy. After the presentation, there was an open discussion with the audience. The event was frequented by doctors, nurses and psychologists, who shared the current state of play on the use of digital applications in healthcare and underscored the desire for greater use of these applications, including in residential care.
