IT4Anxiety is creating its own e-learning formula, where the learner will be guided through a tailor-made training course. The training will be individualised according to the needs of the learner, according to his level of comfort with new technologies and according to his working environment.
The Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur (HEPN) is responsible for the implementation of this platform in collaboration with all IT4Anxiety partners.
The objective of this training is to provide additional tools to caregivers in order to improve anxiety management. At the end of the training pathway composed of dynamic and varied micro-modules, the learner will have refreshed his knowledge of communication and care relationships and will make the links with anxiety. The learner will realise the potential that new technologies can bring. He will have developed their skills and abilities to actively participate in the design, deployment and development of digital health.
This platform does not stop there, as it will be the place to find selected training courses, created and validated by experts in the field. It is not always easy to know which course to choose, we may be sometimes disappointed with a feeling of wasting time. IT4Anxiety selects the best courses related to anxiety management and guides the learner in his journey.
Each module will be the opportunity to share successful digital tools implementation experiences and to highlight concrete examples to be transposed in the workplace.
In order to make this learning process even more interactive, the training course can be completed by face-to-face training in the academic structures of the project. We know that the aim of training is also to create a network, to share experiences and to get out of one's professional environment. Therefore, this platform will offer a blended education, in order to deepen one's knowledge and to test new tools.
This training platform is a prime field of progress and an additional channel for everyone's development.
It is a collective challenge, an opportunity for multidisciplinary collaboration.
