Some of the IPM strategies flocks have started! Pullet crates were checked to see if there were any mites and preventive treatments were applied in some of the strategies (feed additives) We will be monitoring closely mite popluations and there will be a monthly meeting with the farmer and Mitecontrol researcher to do a chekup on the strategy. If mite population rises, further control steps will be undertaken!
