On 8th November, the Energiesprong FR team visited the retrofit site in Roubaix, along with officials from the Ville de Roubaix, the Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL), the funder Vilogia and the construction companies involved.
This was an opportunity to visit one of the template housing units and to witness the prefabricated façade panel being installed.
Part-funded by the MustBe0 project, under the Interreg North West Europe programme, this project shares the same aim as the Hem and Wattrelos projects: to transform energy-guzzling housing into guaranteed net zero homes and enable them to produce all the energy they need for the next 25 years!
