SAIL Amsterdam is the largest maritime event in Europe. Once every five years, over 600 ships from all over the world arrive in the Port of Amsterdam.
SAIL Amsterdam traditionally begins with a twelve-kilometre long SAIL-In Parade featuring tall ships, heritage sailing craft, modern ships and replicas.
