Boomtown is one of the few players in music country where green ambitions and innovations are a tradition. This year Boomtown is literally bringing sustainability to the stage, with the GEM-Stage. Studio Brussels will broadcast live for 4 days from the GEM-Stage, receive guests and organize small presentations and concerts by up-and-coming artists.
The GEM-Stage is located at the Gentse Kouter where it will be presented as a brand new stage that provides itself with sustainable energy.
Boomtown at the Kouter is free of charge. The doors of the festival grounds open at 17:00. The festival ends every day at 23:00.
The Boomtown concerts in the Opera are paying. You can go and see David Numwami, Tsar B and Ansatz Der Maschine. Tickets cost € 14 in advance. The doors open at 8 pm, the concert starts at 9 pm. Tickets for these shows are on sale via this link!
