Dr. Pat Doody, Co-founder and Director of the IMaR Research Centre, Munster Technological University, Ireland, presented the REAMIT project at the Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateways online event on 18th of March 2021. In his presentation titled ‘The Future of Food’, Pat presented how Internet of Things and Big Data technologies (which are the core of the REAMIT project) can help reduce food waste in agri-food supply chains.
