Tenants have now started moving into the new eco-friendly properties owned by Oldham Council at Primrose Bank. These properties have been fitted with smart technology as part of the RED WoLF project, which combines solar PV renewable energy generation with battery storage and modern storage heaters.
The article published in the Oldham Evening Chronicle shows one of the first tenants where it is reported that moving into this property "has changed mine and my children's future".
