Project Management Team in Leuven

On 22-23 Feb the Work Package leads and co-leads met in Leuven (Belgium) to follow up on issues raised in the General Assembly workshops in Delft and discuss project progress.

We previewed the communication campaign starting this week, received an update on the work on Urban Repair Centres and looked ahead towards some of the big SHAREPAIR events coming up. We looked at the data platform and other digital tools, focussing on the guidance tool and 3DP platform.

The adapted strategy for reaching out to repair cafes was presented, as well as the action plan for expanding our Repair Network.

The meeting ended with a visit to Leuven’s Repair Hub.
