Failed large household appliances

Dear interested participant,

From the KU Leuven, we are working on business models for repair. In the next weeks, we are launching a pilot project for virtual diagnose of failed large household appliance (LHA). This is in collaboration with (Dutch speaking!) professional repairers from De Kringwinkel and MetaLeuven.

  • Aim: to diagnose failed LHA using virtual assistance (and maybe also virtual repair if possible);
  • Timing: you can make an appointment between 19/04 and 30/04 using this link.

We use this information to see if we can implement virtual repair as a standard step in the repair service. With the biggest aim in lowering the barrier to choose for repair and to limit the cost.

We offer this two-week test trial, with no costs for the costumer!
