Despite the health crisis, the overall traffic of the port of Brussels for 2020 shows a slight increase of 0.3% to 6.65 million tonnes. The best annual results were achieved by waterborne pallet traffic, which increased by 33% compared to 2019. The good level of activity in pallets and containers is encouraging and shows that the port's efforts to diversify traffic is paying off.
