Our capitalisation activities were launched at our Steering Committee meeting on Tuesday 1 June.
Our objective is to better connect inland waterway transport with multimodal last-mile logistics. Firstly, digitally, thanks to the ST4W tool and, secondly, physically thanks to innovative transhipments and vessels.
We will target new stakeholders (e.g. city logistics operators, urban planners) and generate new opportunities for the IWT value chain, with new partners and results from other Interreg projects (e.g. IWTS2.0, CCP21). Our five test-beds will include Brussels, Ghent, Liège, Lille and Paris.
