The bi-annual meeting of COMMON FORUM on Contaminated land in Europe was held on May 23 – 25, 2018 in Namur (Wallonia, Belgium). The meeting was hosted by the Public service of Wallonia and SPAQUE.
About 40 representatives from Ministries of the Environment from different European countries were present. During three intensive days, there were presentations about resource and soil management from Belgium (Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels) and Luxembourg. In addition, different legal and technical issues were discussed, as well as case studies.
SPAQUE had the opportunity to discuss about the project RAWFILL and the landfill mining in general.
