Learn about the updates on the Long Covid Project: Explore Deep

 

Explore DEEP, a Virtual Reality Biofeedback game controlled by breathing, is being used in the Vr4rehabLongCovid Interreg project. Originally designed and tested for people with anxiety symptoms in non-clinical settings, the game is now being tested in hospitals and other clinical settings through the VR4rehab project.

The project aims to investigate how the game can facilitate the rehabilitation of individuals suffering from functional (neurological) disorders and long covid. Partners from St. Mauritius Therapieklinik (Germany) and Wroclaw Medical University (Poland) are focused on functional disorders and neurological disorders, while Radboudumc Medical Center is involved in exploring how the game can be used for long covid patients and lung rehabilitation.
