Experience
Changeworks will have a role on both a local and strategic level. Firstly, Changeworks will provide specialist input to, and support, Aberdeen to develop and promote the tool. Secondly, they will lead national dissemination and promote the tool to other Scottish LAs. Thirdly, they will provide specialist expertise to the project based on experience gained co-ordinating the European project, LEAF. This includes inputting into policy recommendations and leading on tasks such as the quickscan tool
