Maastricht will participate in a network of EU cities aimed at implementation (&development of a program for) retrofitting of condominiums / develop and implement a program specific for local level aimed at and together with the target group condominiums /develop & implement a program together with representatives of builders, electricians and architects specific for local level /develop &implement methods aimed at connecting this demand and supply side /share knowledge with other cities in NL.
