The main role of Spraybase within the INTERREG Consortium is the provision of hardware , namely the Spraybase Hot Melt Electrospinning Instrument. Spraybase is currently the sole provider of an instrument of this kind. Spraybase have developed this instrument as a research and development tool to enable hot melt electrospinning technologies in order to produce microfibers for a diverse range of applications in the biomediacal field, especially for bone tissue regenereration.
