BOM is the lead partner in the project, coordinating partners to execute project activities. BOM will lead in financial and progress reporting towards Interreg, being responsible for receiving and making payment claims to Interreg. BOM will also lead communication activities, disseminating project results in a timely and relevant manner with the support of all partners.
