Experience
DPL has several roles: a WP leader for 2 WPs/ member of PMT; Lead partner in the development of the transnational cVPP model & incubation partner implementing cVPP investment in the NL (Loenen), contributing to the development of the MoRe model & supporting long term roll out of project results and outputs to other partner territories. DPLs expertise incl. financial (revolving fund), technical (RES, network (DSO), ICT by USEF), social organisation, institutional (E-law) and EU experience (ACE).
