Experience
The expertise and the network of ECF and its members will be used in WP3, WP4, WP5 and WP6 and in coordinating WP2. ECF will consult its member organisation whenever input and experience are needed and for dissemination of results. It will also use its strong links with the bicycle industry. As the co-host of Velo-city 2017, it will ensure a strong visibility of CHIPS there.
