EPAPS is the Land Planning Public Authority for the Paris-Saclay urban area, responsible for local planning, public service provision, economic development and innovation cluster animation. Paris-Saclay qualifies as a world-class innovation hub. It hosts an urban campus, where EPAPS is developing and operating an innovative DHC network, supplying heat & cold to engineering schools, university buildings, student and family homes, R&D and other service / recreational facilities.
Seqens
Seqens is one of the major players in social housing in the Ile-de-France region, with a strong presence throughout the region : 100,000 housing units, including 10,000 specific ones. A dual requirement: proximity and innovation In order to be as close as possible to the field and to listen to its partners (institutions, elected representatives, associations, etc.), Seqens is organised into 6 Delegated Directorates. This means that 60% of the company's staff are deployed to the field, who keep working with more than 300 municipalities in the Ile-de-France region. The company develops local initiatives and engages in a various partnerships, offering a tailor-made service to mayors thanks to its strong territory anchoring and its good knowledge of the territories and their specific characteristics. The Group is one of the main actors in social cohesion in the Ile-de-France region, committed to responding in a concrete and responsive way to the needs of its tenants and co-owners, and to supporting them throughout their residential life. Seqens demonstrates the ability of the social housing sector to reform itself by developing new services, new urban planning models, new technical and industrial solutions.
