Experience
BSV will lead the E=0 project activities. As a project leader, BSV will oversee and take the lead of the activities related to the development of the concept deal, prototyping, assurance of the long term effects in order to apply the E =0 approach within different local contexts. It will especially share it’s experiences with other stakeholders in UK, luxembourg and France to achieve a similar market transforming deal in those markets. It will closely work with the Metropole Hague/ Rotterdam.
