Experience
Will bring valuable expertise on bottom-up community stakeholder engagement, cooperative governance structures, energy system optimization and specific technical expertise on capturing hydro energy. Will use its vast network of communities and co-ops to promote and support the dissemination of the ECCO concept. Will implement network in own region. Will provide development support to the new ECCOs. Will use national and EU network to support roll-out towards other NWE regions. Adds beacon ECCO.
