Promote the use of by-products from agriculture as a resource with focus on fruit&vegetables. Organize co-creative activities to develop new products/solutions to reduce food waste in cooperation with the other French partners/business innovation centres. Disseminate and roll-out developed solutions to its wide network of farmers and organisations (100,000 in the Atlantic Zone, of which 60,000 in NWE); organising regional events, and one joint international event (together with TQC).
