With the help of CTC, BIM will develop new solutions to improve the efficiency of recovering fish meat from the bones after filleting of white fish and develop new food products using this recovered material. BIM will apply the project’s joint methodology of co-creative design. BIM will involve relevant firms and SMEs and will strive to roll out the developed solutions to a wide range of businesses and to relevant policy levels. BIM has access to over 100 seafood processors.
