Experience
IMR takes the lead in the communication workpackage and will assign a dedicated an experienced communication expert. Additionally, IMR will develop and deploy innovative solutions in the area of manufacturing optimisation, with a focus on an optimised interactive production planning processes. IMR will help establish the needs of the machining SMEs in the Industry 4.0 area across Ireland, and also transfer the know-how of the project back into the SMEs.
