M3-BIORES KU Leuven started working on technology on individual agricultural animals since the early 90’s. The group is counting an average number of 20 Ph D students over the last 15 years. M3-BIORES has published more than 260 papers in peer reviewed scientific journals and about 450 proceedings. The team owns 11 patents and has developed 13 products with industrial partners; from scientific idea until commercial product in the world market. The research team has started 2 spin-off companies.
