On 4 July 2019, in the presence of Emmanuelle Wargon, now Minister Delegate Minister for Housing, the EnergieSprong France team launched its first Design Competition, with the support of the "Union sociale pour l'habitat", and co-financed by the Mustbe0 programme of Interreg NWE, GRDF and the CEE EnergieSprong France programme.
