Experience
VIOS is a mid size general contractor with a specialisation in renovations and maintenance. They have a turnover of around 45 million 10% of which is in nze retrofits in 2018. VIOS building group is leading the consortium “Nieuw Utrechts Peil” that has developed a retrofit concept for concrete panel based walk-up flats together with an engineering firm and and architect.
