Woonmeij manages around 5100 homes in the municipalities of Meierijstad (Schijndel en Sint-Oedenrode) en Sint-Michielsgestel. Woonmeij is the result of a merger as per 1 januari 2018 of Huis & Erf (Schijndel and Sint-Michielsgestel) and Wovesto (Sint-Oedenrode), who have been active in the area for over 100 years.
